Founder & CEO

Joanna Bensz is a visionary entrepreneur at the forefront of Europe’s longevity healthcare movement. She is the Founder and CEO of the International Institute of Longevity, a global association of longevity clinics worldwide.

She is also the founder and CEO of the Longevity Center Europe, a network of innovative clinics delivering personalized, preventive medicine through advanced diagnostics and biomarkers of aging as well as Longevity Sport Lab, a neuro-muscular performance center.

With locations in Warsaw and Zurich, Joanna bridges cutting-edge science with real-world health optimization. A former Fortune 500 executive, Top-50 Woman in Longevity, XPRIZE Healthspan judge, and founder of the global Roundtable of Longevity Clinics at the Buck Institute in California, she is dedicated to translating longevity science into medical centers, through lifestyle and functional medicine, mental well-being, sport and performance.

Paweł Rzepecki

Sport Director

Expert in Physical Preparation | National Team Coach

Paweł Rzepecki is an experienced physical preparation coach with over 15 years of practice working with athletes at the international level. He specializes in functional training, neuromuscular control, and long-term athletic development – with a particular focus on combining sports performance with biological longevity.

Since 2016, he has served as the physical preparation coach for the Polish Women’s National Tennis Team. He has worked with top-tier athletes such as Magda Linette, Agnieszka and Urszula Radwańska, Mariusz Fyrstenberg, and Alicja Rosolska, as well as with the Belarusian Davis Cup National Team.

Paweł is also a lecturer and educator within the Polish Tennis Association (PZT) coaching development system, sharing his expertise in physical conditioning and modern training methodologies.

A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Gdańsk and the European Institute of Fitness in Alicante, he holds interdisciplinary qualifications as a sports instructor in disciplines such as tennis, gymnastics, swimming, and basketball. He has collaborated with globally recognized experts in high-performance sport, including Stefan Ortega (Sánchez-Casal Tennis Academy) and Abdul Sillah (coach to Serena Williams and Naomi Osaka).

Currently, Paweł is responsible for the development of cutting-edge training and recovery protocols at Longevity Center and Longevity Sport Lab – integrating the latest knowledge in exercise biology, recovery science, and neurophysiology. He creates personalized pathways for optimizing health and performance, combining functional diagnostics, biomarkers, and tailored interventions.

At the same time, he leads internal training sessions for the Longevity Sport Lab coaching team, implementing a science-based approach rooted in technology and a consistent methodology for working with a wide range of clients – from elite athletes to individuals seeking long-term functional longevity.

Emilia Broź

Operations Director

Emilia holds a degree in psychology, and her long-standing passions – sport, wellbeing, and psychology – have always been closely tied to working with people and responding to their individual needs. Deeply aligned with the principles of conscious living and a holistic approach to health, she is dedicated to developing projects that bridge science, technology, and everyday life.

She began her journey at Longevity as the Manager of the Customer Service team and office operations at Longevity Center, where she was responsible for setting the highest standards of service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Today, Emilia serves as the Director of Operations at Longevity Sport Lab, where she supports the growth of the entire concept. She manages operational processes and ensures an exceptional client experience – from the first point of contact to the delivery of personalized training and recovery programs.

Combining empathy and psychological insight with outstanding organizational skills, Emilia creates an environment where both the team and clients can thrive and realize their full potential.

Cezary Sadowski

Personal Trainer

Specialization: Strength training, endurance training, long-distance conditioning

Cezary has been involved in sports since early childhood, combining extensive experience in strength and endurance training with a deep passion for working with people. As a junior bodybuilding champion of Poland and a member of the national team at the World Championships, he understands athletic discipline from the inside out. Over time, he expanded his focus into endurance sports, successfully competing in obstacle races, cycling events, and mountain ultramarathons — including a 100 km race. His next goals include a 133 km run and completing Ironman 70.3.

For nearly 20 years, Cezary has supported clients as a personal trainer, emphasizing an individualized approach, mutual trust, and long-term cooperation. His philosophy goes beyond results — it’s about building healthy habits and cultivating a lasting relationship with movement.

At Longevity Sport Lab, Cezary designs training programs precisely tailored to each client’s capabilities and goals — whether improving overall fitness, increasing strength, or preparing for demanding endurance challenges.

Damian Kamiński

Personal Trainer

Specialization: Athletic performance, functional training, hypertrophy

Damian is a former professional track and field athlete with 13 years of experience in discus throw. A multiple-time Polish Championship medalist and national team member, he represented Poland on the international stage — including the World Junior Championships and the European U23 Championships.

After retiring from competitive sports, he transitioned successfully into coaching, leading athletes at the highest level. In just four years, his trainees competed at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, the World Championships, and the European Championships. He has worked with top Polish athletes, including Bartłomiej Stój (14th place in Tokyo) and Daria Zabawska (20th place in Paris).

Damian’s coaching philosophy is built on solid foundations: deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and continuous development. He regularly expands his expertise in athletic performance, functional training, and hypertrophy, consistently raising his skillset to a world-class level.

At Longevity Sport Lab, Damian blends his elite athletic background with cutting-edge training methods to help clients build strength, resilience, and endurance — in a sustainable and effective way.

Bartosz Gąbka

Personal Trainer

Bartosz Gąbka – former Polish national team long jumper, now a strength & conditioning coach and co-founder of Legia Athletics. With over 15 years of experience in elite sports, he’s an 11-time Polish Championships medalist and a participant of the European and World Junior Championships.

He specializes in performance training for racket sports athletes, including those at Legia Tennis.

Combining the mindset of a professional athlete with a modern, science-based approach, Bartosz focuses on longevity, health, and sustainable performance.

Full of energy, passion, and positivity – he helps his clients move better, feel stronger, and live longer.

For him, modern training is more than just sport – it’s a lifestyle built on smart movement, recovery, and vitality.

Jakub Grzyb

Personal trainer / Physiotherapist

Jakub Jakub is a certified physiotherapist and a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. He serves as the physiotherapist for the professional handball team Zepter KPR Legionowo and works as both a medical and personal trainer.

He specializes in orthopedic physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and medical and functional training. He supports the development of mobility, muscle strength, body control, and resilience to strain — working with athletes, active individuals, and those just beginning their fitness journey.

His work is grounded in solid knowledge and clinical practice, applying an individualized approach to training. His goal is not only to improve performance and physical fitness but, above all, to promote health and full functionality in daily life.

He continuously develops his skills through training and education, raising the standards of his practice to effectively guide his clients.

In his personal life, he is passionate about sports, travel, and an active lifestyle.

Anna Płuciennik

Skin & Body Lab

A certified expert in cosmetology and regenerative medicine, specializing in manual facial therapies. She focuses on both anti-aging prevention and addressing visible signs of aging in mature skin.

She continuously expands her expertise by participating in numerous modular trainings in face modeling, aesthetic cosmetology, and body treatments. Her work is guided by a holistic approach, ensuring that every therapy is carefully tailored to the individual needs of each client.

She values professionalism, long-term collaboration, treatment safety, and achieving natural-looking results.

Łukasz Mokrosiński

Fascial therapy

For the past 6 years, he has specialized in fascial massage, combining precision in bodywork with a deep understanding of the mind. As a graduate of psychology, he takes a holistic approach — recognizing not only tension in the tissues, but also its emotional and stress-related origins.

He has completed numerous courses in fascial therapy and deep tissue massage (including training in Poznań), and further developed his skills under the guidance of an osteopath. He particularly values the approach of Art Riggs — one of the pioneers of fascial work — whose teachings have helped him better understand the subtlety and effectiveness of working with the deeper layers of the body.

He is also interested in psychotherapy, which further enriches his work — attentive, empathetic, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. In his practice, he creates an atmosphere of safety and ease. His positive attitude and sense of humor make even deep bodywork a comfortable and supportive experience.

His goal is not only to reduce pain or tension, but to restore balance and enhance body awareness.
